Paint board process

Alright, so here’s what I’ve been working on today. I started with medium-density fiberboard (MDF), which is a pretty versatile material for cutting and shaping. First, I used it as the base material, either leaving it plain or adding intricate floral patterns depending on the design I had in mind. Once that was ready, I moved on to the finishing process. First step was wood grinding to smooth out any rough edges. After that, I sanded the surface thoroughly using fine-grit sandpaper to ensure an even finish. Next up was applying the base coat or primer. That went into the baking room to dry properly before I gave it another light sanding to make sure everything was super smooth. Once the primer was set, it was time for the main event—spraying the paint. Again, this piece went back into the baking room to cure. After curing, I did some more sanding to get rid of any imperfections. Then came the final topcoat application, which gave it that glossy, professional look. The last step before sending it off to the grilling area was illuminating it just to double-check for any missed spots. In the grilling area, they took care of any minor touch-ups needed, and then it was time for the water milling process to add that extra shine. Finally, we applied a layer of imported wax for that luxurious finish. And voila! The product was complete. It’s always satisfying to see how these materials transform from raw pieces into something beautiful and functional.
