In order to deeply implement the Party's mass line educational practice activities, on the afternoon of the 26th, the Yongchuan District Labor and Social Security Supervision Brigade visited Jinjia Coal Mine to hold discussions with company management. The purpose was to deliver labor security policies directly to enterprises, eliminating blind spots in policy implementation.
During the meeting, various questions regarding recruitment, social insurance, labor contracts, salary payments, and workplace safety were raised one after another. The staff from the District Labor and Social Security Supervision Brigade patiently answered each question and actively promoted relevant laws such as the Labor Law, Labor Contract Law, and Social Insurance Law. These regulations provided clear policy guidance for enterprises to manage their labor relations effectively.
“The ‘policy lessons’ offered by this session have truly helped us solve our problems,†said an official from Jinjia Coal Mine. “We now have a more comprehensive understanding of labor security policies, which has led to more standardized employment practices and reduced conflicts between workers and management.â€
The official also emphasized that these initiatives not only help companies address key employment issues efficiently but also save time and reduce unnecessary administrative burdens, offering real benefits to the enterprises.
It is reported that the Yongchuan District Labor and Social Security Supervision Brigade has integrated its mass line education activities with practical actions. They have organized on-site consultations, lectures on rights protection, and migrant worker associations, bringing services and policies directly to enterprises, construction sites, and residents.
Through special campaigns to regulate the labor market and provide “policy training†sessions, the brigade continues to enhance both enterprise compliance and workers' awareness of their legal rights. By staying updated on the latest trends in enterprise operations and employment management, they help companies avoid occupational risks and prevent large-scale labor disputes. This effort further standardizes labor practices and strengthens the relationship between government departments and employers.
Since March, the brigade has visited 15 enterprises, conducted 15 training sessions, and distributed over 500 copies of labor laws and regulations. These efforts have contributed to maintaining a harmonious and mutually beneficial labor relationship between employees and employers.
