3. According to GB2812-81 standards, a sampling test is conducted on each batch of helmets. If any item fails the initial test, double the sample size is retested. If even one item still fails, the entire batch is considered non-compliant and cannot be released for sale.

4. The state-designated technical inspection authority has the right to conduct random performance tests on products at any time. Manufacturers that fail to meet the required safety standards or produce substandard items may receive warnings or have their production licenses revoked.

5. Production licenses are valid for two years and must be renewed upon expiration. Failure to renew may result in the suspension of manufacturing activities.
