2. Setting the survey timetable If the equipment criticality associated with total production, environmental results, and operational results is the main factor in selecting and setting up the evaluation mechanical system. 3) If there is no bottom line as a guide; the amount of smooth oil should be stopped when the sound drops and then rises. At this time; the skill should stop using smooth oil.
4. Ultrasonic bearing observation Ultrasonic observation or monitoring is the most reliable way to detect the initial (most beginning) of bearing damage. When the temperature rises or the sensation intensity of low frequency is strengthened, the ultrasonic wave will be the first to sound. When the bearing is over-utilized The initial stage of damage; when there is a shortage of smooth oil or smooth oil; it is useful to use this method of observing the bearing.
5. The signal that the loss is detected is like the spherical bearing with the same metal on the track; if the roller or ball bearing is over used at the beginning; it will have a slender deformation. This will result in an irregular appearance; Ultrasonic addition. Changes in the amplitude obtained from the initial readings indicate a clear one to two cases: early loss or shortness of smooth oil and initial bearing failure. If the ultrasonic wave exceeds the bottom line by eight decibels; there will be continued impact noise; The noise indicates that the smooth oil is lost (dull bearing appearance). If the ultrasonic reading exceeds the expected reading; when it reaches 12 decibels, there will be broken noise; this noise can be assumed that the bearing is now beginning to enter the lost form.
