Spanish designer Oscar Diaz designed a calendar that uses capillary phenomena to spread the ink onto the paper to show the date.
The ink calendar uses timed ink on the paper to display the time. The ink is slowly absorbed, and the numbers on the calendar are 'printed' daily, until the end of the month, they are filled with ink. The calendar enhances the feeling of time, and it shows more than just time. The purpose of the design is to satisfy our rationality, not the logic and brain consciousness.
