Pneumatic diaphragm pump operation principle

Diaphragm pumps are driven by compressed air. Directional air distribution valve and pilot valve, called: "gas chamber", are set in the center of the pump. The medium flows through two confluence tubes and the outer diaphragm chamber, known as the "media chamber." Normally check valves (ball or plate) are located on the top or bottom of each outer diaphragm chamber or share a busbar. The two outer membranes are connected by suction and outlet fittings, and the pump is self-priming. Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump Principle In operation, the air distribution valve alternately controls the pressurization per diaphragm. After each stroke, the valve will automatically change position to allow air to be switched to another diaphragm chamber to create alternate imbibing and pressure strokes on both diaphragm chambers, the diaphragm moving in a parallel path, and the air valve requires no oil , This is the preferred mode of operation; clean, dry air to improve the performance of the pump. When the medium passes through the diaphragm pump, the check valve is opened and closed. This causes each outer diaphragm chamber to be alternately filled and discharged, and the check valve responds to the pressure difference. Ball valve check valves handle media with small particles, while check valve valves can handle media with soft particles close to the size of the pipe. Pneumatic diaphragm pump When the air distribution valve to the compressed air into the left diaphragm chamber, the diaphragm pushed out pressure, and the formation of pressure stroke, the pressure in the Department of media that force left from the left outer diaphragm chamber, check valve, bus, and then Outflow from the pump outlet, outlet position can be top, bottom, or side. When the left diaphragm chamber is pushed out, the diaphragm connecting rod drags the right diaphragm inwardly to retract the check valve to fill with fluid. After this cycle is completed, the air distribution valve will automatically change position to switch air to another A diaphragm chamber, the reverse repeat the above cycle of action, that is, both sides of the diaphragm chamber will therefore appear alternating pressure and liquid absorption action.

The tags are heavy duty alternative to labels which are prone to damage in industrial environment.Fitted to all legal access points, the unique holder and insert ensure that the latest scaffold status is instantly visible from the scaffold build stage to dismantle.

Our scaffold tags comply with OSHA's regulations and will help warn employees when scaffolding is not safe. It will indicate if scaffolding is being taken down or has been found defective. The tags are available in three durable write-on materials, providing highly visual and eye-catching information.
