Chinalco's southeast coastal aluminum precision processing base is co-operated by Chinalco and the municipal government. Chinalco's aluminum processing company, Chinalco Ruishao, is the main body, and it is located in the advanced manufacturing industry of Fuzhou Blue Economy Industrial Park. project. The project has a total investment of 10 billion yuan, a planned production capacity of 800,000 tons, and an output value of more than 15 billion yuan. It will adopt the "mature batch and development batch" model to roll forward construction.

The first phase of the base project will cover 1200 acres of land. Chinalco Ruiqi will be relocated and undergo intelligent upgrading. High-end electronics and environmentally friendly packaging materials, smart factories, auto lightweight aluminum plates, auto parts and aluminum deep processing and other projects It will help to accelerate the formation of the aluminum processing industry cluster in Fujian, and the scale of industrial development driven by it will exceed 30 billion yuan.

Chinalco stated that as the core area of ​​the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, Fujian Province is also a frontier site for economic and trade cooperation with Taiwan. The project is located in Fujian Province (Fuzhou) Blue Economy Industrial Park in the state-level Fuzhou New District, with advantageous geographical location. , Policy support has obvious advantages, with a good environment for the development of high-end manufacturing. The construction and development of the project will make positive contributions to the regional industrial transformation and upgrading, structural adjustment and economic development of Fujian Province and Fuzhou City.
