The growth of high-grade diamond has its own laws, and the improvement of its synthetic effect must first be innovative in process technology. Synthetic diamond is synthesized under high temperature and high pressure. The synthetic diamond process is more complicated, the synthetic strips are extremely harsh, and the precision, speed and stability of the control quantity are very high. This requires precise control of the production process, and it is necessary to quickly and timely detect the feedback amount and output it to the quantity in time. Otherwise, the quality of the produced diamond will not meet the requirements, and more serious will pose a threat to personal safety and cause serious economic losses. To this end, our Institute of Applied Physics of Henan Academy of Sciences has developed a computer control device for WTDP type synthetic diamond press. The remarkable feature of WTDP type synthetic diamond press computer control equipment is one machine dual control and multi-machine network control. At the same time, it adopts the latest developed hardware and software control module, which makes the equipment control precision, reaction speed and reliability greatly improved. .
The computer control equipment of WTDP synthetic diamond press consists of three levels of network: on-site control network, workshop production monitoring network and company management network. Among them, the on-site control network controls two presses through each machine-controlled workstation to complete the real-time monitoring of the production process of multiple diamond presses in one unit, and transmits the real-time data to the workshop production monitoring network and the company management network server. The parameters of the workstation can be issued by the network server. The workshop production monitoring network completes the whole process monitoring and management of the diamond production of the workshop through various workstations such as the duty officer workstation, the engineer workstation and the maintenance workstation. The company management network can set up workstations in various functional management departments such as production management, technical management, sales management, and warehouse management, and complete the corresponding management duties of the department by sharing real-time and historical data in the company server.
WTDP type synthetic diamond press computer control equipment adopts Windows 2000 network operating system and TCP/IP protocol to form a popular customer network network architecture in the field of industrial control. The three-level network sets up separate network servers, so each network can operate independently. On-site control network: It is mainly composed of two parts: the machine-controlled workstation and the unit server. The two parts form an industrial field control LAN through a 100M/10M hub (or switch).
Machine-controlled workstation: It consists of five parts: industrial control computer IPC, pressure measurement and control, heating (temperature) measurement and control, and item hammer displacement measurement and control human-machine interaction system, as shown in Figure 1.
Control computer: Adopting high-speed, high-reliability industrial computer, the operating system is Windows 98 multi-tasking 32-bit operating system.
The control computer mainly completes the sampling of analog and switching quantities such as pressure, heating and displacement, and completes the diamond according to the preset process curve and control strategy; the automatic control of the production process, and simultaneously displays the pressure, power and heating of the whole process. Real-time parameters such as voltage and current, and send these real-time parameters to each level of network server. Due to the self-developed control interface board and the underlying device driver and real-time database technology, the data sampling period and control response time of the entire device are greatly reduced. In the premise of making full use of the multi-process and multi-threading features of the Windows operating system, we have designed a unique dual-control mode, that is, a single workstation controls two presses to run simultaneously.
Since the pressure measurement and control system, the heating measurement and control system, the displacement measurement and control system and the manual operating system are separately configured for each press, the inspection or withdrawal of one press will not affect the normal operation of the other press.
Pressure measurement and control system: Reflect the system pressure, valve group status, pump group status and other signals to reflect the current pressure state of the system. The control program comprehensively analyzes and compares the current pressure state with the pre-stored pressure process parameters, and after forming the control strategy, the control pressure I/0 module outputs to the corresponding hydraulic pump group and the actuator of the valve group, thereby forming a pressure closed loop. Control System.
Heating measurement and control system: Real-time detection of the hammer circuit voltage and the true effective value of the heating current in the heating circuit, and converting into the actual heating power according to the collected true value of the heating current and voltage. The heating power control I/O module outputs a control signal to control the conduction angle of the thyristor, and realizes constant current control or constant power control according to the set heating process curve.
Top hammer displacement measurement and control system: Detect the position parameters of the six cylinders of the press. In order to achieve the control accuracy, the displacement sensor is used as the stroke monitoring. Based on the detected six-cylinder displacement, the six-cylinder return, alignment, overtravel, and six-cylinder synchronization performance are determined. At the synthesis stage, the position change of each top hammer is detected at any time, and the top hammer control and protection are performed according to the six-cylinder precise displacement detection.
Human-computer interaction system: It consists of three parts: liquid crystal (or CRT) display, front operation panel and front control box of the handset, which completes the real-time display and manual control of parameters. Real-time display functions include: pressure, power real-time value, set value and trimming value, pressure, power process curve and real-time curve; heating current, voltage and resistance real-time value and real-time curve: synthesis time, silicon control voltage, system pressure and Real-time value of six-cylinder displacement; displacement state, pump group and valve group state quantity; automatic, manual and adjustment mode conversion, constant current and constant power thermal control mode conversion; operation prompt and alarm information; other special quantity display.
The manual control functions mainly include: pressure, power or current fine adjustment in the synthesis process; pump group start, stop and heating start and stop; three-cylinder forward, return and pressure synthesis control; emergency stop; other special control.
Unit server: It consists of three parts: high-end industrial control computer IPC, hydraulic center oil temperature measurement and control system and human-computer interaction system.
The unit server adopts the Windows 2000 Server network operating system, and the other machine control workstations form a field control network through the 100/10M network, and can access the workshop LAN and the company LAN to realize data sharing.
The hydraulic center oil temperature measurement and control system of the unit server measures the hydraulic oil temperature through the temperature transmitter and automatically controls the cooling system to start and stop to ensure that the hydraulic oil temperature is within a reasonable range. The operator can control the operation of the entire unit through the human-computer interaction system of the unit server to achieve the following functions:
a. Process curve management. Including the input, modification and storage of the process curve, and the process curve can be transmitted to each machine control station uniformly or separately;
b. Real-time monitoring. Including real-time display of operating parameters of each unit and hydraulic center in the unit, emergency stop control of abnormal state of the system (including emergency stop of single or whole unit);
c. History and queries. Record and query the historical working curve of each unit in the unit;
d. Statistical analysis function. According to the historical records, the statistics of the production volume of each unit can be completed, and the historical records can be compared with the process curve.
e. Setting of abnormal status display, recording and protection parameters. Various protection parameters can be set to each workstation during synthesis, including pressure mutation protection, current mutation protection, resistance mutation protection, transformer secondary open circuit protection, power mutation protection, insulation protection, top hammer over-travel protection and top hammer displacement abnormal protection. ;
f. Data upload function. Real-time and historical data of the unit can be uploaded to the workshop LAN and company LAN.
Workshop production monitoring network: It consists of workshop servers and workshop workstations. It forms a switched LAN through 100M switches to complete real-time monitoring of the production process of the workshop. By sharing real-time and historical data from the entire unit server, the director workstation, engineer workstation and maintenance workstation can quickly and timely reflect the production scheduling, process analysis adjustment and unit maintenance of the workshop.
The company's production management network: consists of the company's servers and workstations located in the general manager, chief engineer and other management departments. It forms a switched LAN through the i000M switch, and completes the whole process of monitoring and management of the company's production process. At the same time, an independent web server is set up to access the Internet through a firewall to realize network mobile office and management.
