6 Remove the pre-assembled joint body and check the embedding of the ferrule edge. The visible protruding strip must fill the space of the ferrule end face. The ferrule can be rotated slightly but not axially.
7 Final installation, apply the lubricating oil and the compression nut to the thread of the joint body in actual installation until the sensible tightening force increases. Then tighten the 1/2 turn and install it.
Repeated installation of all ferrule joints can be reinstalled multiple times, but the parts are guaranteed to be undamaged and clean.
1 Insert the tube into the connector body until the ferrule is in close contact with the tapered surface of the connector and tighten the nut by hand.
2 Tighten the nut with a wrench until the tightening torque increases sharply and tighten 1/4 to 1/2 turn.
