For key technologies such as the use of components (starch) in the process of energy utilization of non-food starchy raw materials such as Pueraria lobata and sweet potato, and the use of single, starchy raw materials in the process of ethanol fermentation, energy consumption is high, pollution is serious, etc. Combining steam explosion pretreatment with continuous coupled solid-state fermentation technology, low-pressure short-time (0.6-1.0 MPa, 2-4 minutes) process replaces the traditional long-time high-temperature cooking process (90°C~120°C, 30~ 120 minutes) A ​​new process of continuous coupled solid state fermentation to produce ethanol, and extracting flavonoids from pueraria roots from fermented residues to prepare protein feeds, etc., has enabled the classification and conversion of non-food starchy raw material components and integrated clean and efficient use.
