Topping can promote high yield of tomatoes

Continuous greenhoused cultivation of tomatoes in greenhouses can effectively utilize the number of flowers, which can increase yield and improve high-quality fruit rate. It is an ideal high-yield pathway. The main operation is as follows: the first inflorescence and the second inflorescence of the tomato after planting will bloom one after another. After the hormone treatment of the first inflorescence, only the strong lateral branches that grow close to the lower part of the first inflorescence are used, and after the third inflorescence and the fourth inflorescence are grown, the first two leaves of the fourth inflorescence are left, and the tops are topped. This is the second basic branch. If you want to use more inflorescences, you should use the three-dimensional effective use of the entire space from the ground to the top of the traction to fill the post-harvest space with the side branches that have been cultivated. The number of inflorescences per branch depends on the growth of space and foliage. After continuous topping, pay attention to picking leaves at the right time. If the leaves are picked too late, it will affect the normal growth of the lateral branches, resulting in poor flower buds. Remove all the leaves from the lower part of the main stem, taking care not to leave the petiole to avoid gray mold. Old leaves with poor photosynthetic capacity should also be removed, with the aim of making full use of new leaves with strong light and ability to achieve high yield.
