Plastic door and window acceptance considerations

Focus on the quality of the glass and hardware. The glass should be flat, clear, and free from bubbles or water marks. It should not come into direct contact with the plastic frame, and instead, a properly installed sealing strip should fill any gaps. The hardware must be complete, correctly positioned, securely installed, and operate smoothly and flexibly.

The surface of the door and window should be smooth, even, and free from cracks or broken welds. The sealing strip needs to remain flat without curling or deep grooves, and it should be odorless. When closed, there should be no visible gap between the sash and the frame.

All parts should be connected seamlessly without visible screws. This ensures both aesthetics and structural integrity.

Sliding doors and windows should open and close effortlessly with a soft motion, and they should not produce dust or debris during use.

High-quality plastic steel doors and windows should have reinforced steel linings embedded within the frames and sashes for added strength and stability.
