1. Before installing the safety wire, first determine the length of the outdoor track, and in turn consider whether to use aerial installation or trench installation. At present, the use of overhead installation is more common. This article is also used as an example. After determining the length of the track, a pole is erected at a position of 6 to 8 meters in each track.
2. In the music stand poles, pay attention to each pole in a straight line to facilitate the installation of angle rails. After the power pole is installed, it is necessary to install a track on the top of the power pole and pay attention to the smooth laying of the track.
3. After the track is installed and welded, it is necessary to install the slide wire fittings such as the angle steel bracket, the lifting rack, the trolley wire, the aluminum joint, the joint jacket, the power input, and the end cap in sequence according to the installation procedure of the trolley wire.
4. After the installation is completed, a test run is required to check the power supply test.
After the entire installation is completed, it is necessary to regularly perform maintenance on the trolley wires. The general maintenance time is one year for maintenance.
