The aforementioned “Notice†requires the construction and housing management departments to implement special agencies and personnel to conduct screening and archiving of glass curtain walls, in particular, more than 8 floors and malls, cinemas, stadiums and other pedestrian-intensive buildings, and youth, early childhood activities and other public The site has not yet built a glass curtain wall. The registration of the archives will be completed before September 30 of this year and will be shared among relevant departments.
In addition, establish a safety appraisal notification system. The real estate department will urge the owners to fulfill the responsibility for the safe use and maintenance of existing glass curtain walls, and conduct safety appraisals or repairs in accordance with the regulations, promptly reminding the owners to conduct safety appraisals once every ten years.
