Anhui Bureau of Quality Supervision supervised and sampled 15 kinds of packaging products such as paint

In the first half of 2010, Anhui Bureau of Quality Supervision organized 15 categories including cosmetics, synthetic detergents, paints, paints, solid wood flooring, ceramic tiles, wire and cable, lubricants, fuel additives, toilet paper, feed, chemical fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, and cement. The net content of quantitatively packaged goods was subject to provincial special supervision and spot checks.

This time, a total of 399 samples were sampled in quantitatively packaged goods production and sales companies (including self-employed households), and 354 qualified, with an average qualification rate of 88.7%. Among them, 102 samples were sampled in the production enterprises, and the qualification rate was 86.3%. In the distribution companies (including individual distribution households), 297 samples were sampled, and the qualification rate was 89.6%.

Judging from the categories of products examined, the total sampling rate of net content for quantitative packaging of cosmetics, synthetic detergents, solid wood flooring, and ceramic tiles was the highest. Samples of 63 groups were sampled with an average qualification rate of 100%; fuel additives, toilet paper, cement, and wire and cable were qualified for sampling. The rate is low, sampling 73 groups, the average rate of 75.3%. Among them, 7 samples of fuel additive samples were sampled in the circulation field, and the qualification rate was 42.9%. In the field of production, 6 sets of toilet paper samples and 8 sets of cement samples were sampled, and the pass rate was 50%.

Judging from the test results, the qualified rate of the net content labeling sampling is 3.5 percentage points higher than the net content test. Among the 45 unqualified products, the net content was unqualified in 16 groups, the net content was unqualified in 30 groups, and both the net content test and the net content test were unqualified. The goods with unqualified net content are mainly toilet paper, fuel additives, and paints; the commodities with unqualified net content tests are mainly wires and cables, fertilizers, seeds, and feedstuffs.
